In fact, this is part of the reason that the Clinton Presidential Library looked to Bret Franks Construction to build the tiny green home for their White House Green Building exhibit. We were honored to build that amazing 240 sf tiny house. And, it was raffled at the end of the exhibit with all proceeds going towards the Operation Finally Home house that we are proudly building for our Marine hero! 

We have long incorporated smart green building into the new homes we build by practicing low-impact site preparation to help preserve the natural aesthetics of the landscape as well as incorporating green and ENERGY STAR rated products into every new home. Green products and practices are incorporated based on client requests and the economic feasibility related to individual projects.
