We hired Bret to remodel a small fixer upper. We are more than happy with the outcome! We love it! Bret worked with us to help design the best space for our family. He was open to our requests to change/tweak things along the way. Bret was very conscientious of our budget which is very important - it would be very easy for it to get out of hand quickly with a remodel. His crew was efficient, nice and prompt to address any of our concerns. We hope to expand in a few years and we will definitely be calling Bret to do the job. We cannot say enough good things about him and his crew! They did a great job!

I was very pleased with the remodel work that Bret Franks Construction Company did on my 1921 cottage. He and his team took out an existing wall between the sunroom and bedroom, completely painted, braced the floor, and truly made it into a "master bedroom."
